Havant Borough Council

The Borough Council operates a number of specialist Committees considering reports from which arise its policies.  Every six weeks a meeting of the full Council is held which approves or occasionally amends the decisions reached by the seperate Committees in the preceding six weeks.

The documents held on ORION are all in Acrobat format, so you need Acrobat Reader to view the documents.  Documents recording the various decisions are available from September 1999 to present, and reports giving background information to those decisions are available from 1999 to present.

Please note that by their nature, the more recent documents may be subject to amendment, particularly if the matter has not been finally approved by a meeting of the Council.
